They can build amazing structures, communicate with plants and trees, eat plastic, cure diseases, absorb radioactivity and create new eco-friendly materials… They might even be able to help us colonise new planets. Neither plant nor animal, fungi have their very own kingdom.  And they totally rock ’n’ rule it.
